So, what do I think of Kevin's Car Care? Well, I live in Clayton, MO and Kevin's is a 50 minutes drive one way, but that's where I usually take my vehicles! |

They preform assessments of what kind of work is recommended in the future and don't push the customer into such repair until it is needed. They also provide the valuable service of transporting you to and from their shop when you aren't able to have somebody to assist you. I came in to have my passenger wiper sprayer fixed, an oil change, and get my brakes fixed. Didn't charge for the wiper, let me use my own oil, and even loaned me a car to drive to work for the next day when the brakes weren't cooperating. Turns out, I needed a new master cylinder and the brake fluid was shot, but they replaced all of that for me. They even cut an hour's labor off the brakes for me. Much appreciated, and I will be coming back if/when something else goes wrong on the car! |

I would recommend anyone with any car maintenance or repair issues to take their vehicle to Kevin's crew. Recently I asked Kevin to look over my vehicle because I would be driving it to Colorado soon. I thought that my spark plugs needed to be changed and I had a whole in my exhaust. Kevin pulled my spark plugs out and checked to make sure they were still ok and went through my exhaust as well. Well when Kevin called I was worried that I would have several hundred dollars in repair. Kevin said everything was fine and they had changed the oil since I asked them to. Total bill was $47 for the oil change only!!!! I appreciate his honesty and for making sure that I have a safe trip. |

I was met at the door by a stunningly sensual woamn. She invited me in and I plyed her with sugery treats. Her smile was infectious, it made my day. Oh, the truck...it was done on time, at the agreed price but I wish you would have painted it. |
My blinkers quit working and I was afraid that was going to be an expensive repair, so I set my appointment out an extra week. Thinking electrical I was freaking a bit. Well, in the meantime, my heater core decides to quit. BLAH, now we all know that is a labor intensive repair. I was still my intent to keep my appointment scheduled out because of the expense of the repair that I was going to endure. Heater core and electrical, oh my gosh! I was really beginning to think car repair or bite the bullet and get a car payment! I gave my friend a ride that day and she noticed the smell of antifreeze and the wet passengers side floor board and she said that I cannot wait until the following week to get my car fixed, that I am losing fluids. So I broke down called Kevin's Car Care and told him what was going on, Kevin said, you really cannot wait until next week! BLAH! Kevin's Car Care gave me a loaner car, which I have never had that convenience ever in my life offered to me and I was just thrilled with that option. At first they thought the blinker's not working was the switch so I was quoted a price for the switch, then when they got into further, they found out that it was a relay or something which was good that saved $200! Their honesty in the repairs is so comforting. They only fix what is broke and I love that. These days it is so hard to be trustiing in things you know nothing about, and they are execellent at prioritizing and diagnosing your car. Kevin worked me in a week early and was not going to leave me stranded or let me run around with a car leaking anti freeze inside my car. The labor is fair at Kevin's Car Care, a heator core replacement is a HUGE job and I am sure not one of their favorite jobs to do, removing the steering column and that mess I am sure is the 2nd least favorite on their list! I was pleased with the bill, the repair and yes that's right even the cost. Let's face it we will have to maintain and repair our cars if we want to get to where we need to go! My car has 116,xxx and with Kevin's Car Care taking of my car, I plan to get another 116,xxx. Besides that it is hillarious what they will find under your console! Kevin's Car Care, Honesty really is their guarantee, and they really do take care of you and your car, in that order too! A big thank you AGAIN! For big repairs Kevin's Car Care gives you points! So ask about that if you have a big repair. I am so glad Kevin's Car Care is in business. Thank you all. |

You might as well take me off your list. Its only reminds me that you folks told me that the windshield wipers were worn and needed replacement. They were only two weeks old. Several minutes later I was told that the battery life was at 25% and a replacement would cost $165. The battery in question is still under warranty and after a very cold winter still performs without fail. |
I was very happy with the service I received at Kevin's car Care. I do not buy a new car until the one I have just won't go any more. It was refreshing not to hear oh my gosh you have 115,XXX miles on that car! Kevin's car care is maintainance and service oriented and in being so they care about their customers and their safety. I left the shop knowledgeable about what was going on with my car and what to do to prevent scary breakdowns. I drive a lot and long distances too. Kevin's car care gave me confidence, knowledge and saved me money. Visiting with Mindy made my day. Between my mom and I we have 2 cars and 1 truck they will be serviced and maintained by Kevin's car care. I feel the work done on my car was excellent. However, when I was told there was something wrong - I was not given several different price quotes - only the most expensive part. Thank goodness my husband came up and knew enough to ask for a generic part which cut my repair cost practically in half which is what we needed as we are the typical working family who doesn't have money laying around with nothing to do with it. I felt very taken advantage of at that point and will think twice before going back. |

I've been using Kevin's car care for years. They are always courteous and professional. With every repair I've had done they have attempted the repair in order from least costly to most costly. For example, for no power steering at low speed, they first tried flushing the fluid, and when that did not work, moved onto replacing the power steering pump. During the repair process, Kevin's staff kept me up to date with the status of the work and received my consent before moving onto more costly repairs. |

They had an ad in my church's bulletin and I would see their sign along Highway M for litter control. But that was just the start. After my initial visit, I knew I found a local business that cared for the customer.Excellent customer service. Never had a problem getting an appointment on the day I needed. I always felt valued when I would both receive a call after the diagnosis/cost estimate, and even more so when Kevin himself would follow up a couple days later to ensure I was satisfied.I now take both our vehicles there and am satisfied every time.
